Pricing Questions
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Each client and each event is unique.
Gratuity is not included.
We typically like to get tipped for a job well done. In cases where a tip jar is not appropriate, the host is responsible for gratuity $2- $4 per person.

Pricing is based on your event type, estimated number of guest and hours of services needed, as well as any add-ons. A date cannot be confirmed until the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the balance and waiver are submitted. The remaining balance will need to paid no later than 48 hours prior to event date.
Our packages accommodate up to 50 guests. (excluding our Mocktail Packages) We do offer services for guests totaling over 50, but a more custom price quote will need to be rendered.
Our Mocktail Packages accommodate at least 30 guests.
Yes. We charge a flat fee of $150 for major holidays, including:
- New Years Eve
- Christmas Eve
- Thanksgiving Day
- Labor Day
- St. Patrick’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Cinco De Mayo
- 4th of July
- Halloween
YES! If you add any Mocktail Package to any of our regular Premium, Deluxe or Basic Pour package, we will discount the lesser of the two packages by 20%.
If client cancels an event, any non-refundable deposit and non-refundable payments remain non-refundable. If client cancels an event a written notice must be given to us 48 hours before the original event date to ensure a credit for a future event for up to one (1) year from the date the cancellation was received.
We carry general liability and spirit liability Insurance. Don’t worry, we have you covered.

- Save money because bartenders practice standard portion control.
We are great for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, holiday parties, birthday parties, pop-up shops. We also make mocktails that can accommodate kid parties and any non-drinkers.
We are not able to provide the spirits for any event. This is the responsibility of the client. If you need assistance with the type and amount of spirits you should buy, please contact us with your questions.
We do offer a concierge service of picking up the spirits from where you purchase it from.
By law, a business / establishment must be licensed to “sell” spirits in the each state. As a mobile bartender, we provide the service (bartending service), but do not have the license to sell spirits. This is very common with mobile bartending. You end up actually saving money for your event, as oppose to getting a “price per person” spirit cost + service & gratuity.
Event planning get get chaotic really quickly. And there’s nothing worse than paying for bartending services and there’s no spirits to pour!

Yes! But any outdoor event (or any event where the bartender is to be stationed outdoors – including covered/screened-in patios and/or pools) will incur an automatic surcharge of $150.

We primarily work in Ohio, but can travel outside of Ohio should it be requested at an additional cost
